Questions You May Have
Below are answers to some common questions families often ask when planning weddings, mitzvahs, and portrait sessions.
- What sets your work apart?
-
genuinely enjoy connecting with people and getting to know each client I work with. Many families tell me they feel at ease during their sessions and events, which is something I value deeply. A large portion of my work comes through referrals, and I believe that reflects the care and attention I bring to each experience.
I invest significant time both during and after your event to ensure the images we deliver are thoughtfully captured and carefully edited. Your experience and satisfaction truly matter to me, and my team and I are committed to creating work you’ll feel proud to look back on for years to come.
- How do you work with people during sessions and events?
-
I guide people gently, offering direction when needed while allowing space for natural interaction. My goal is to create a relaxed, comfortable environment where everyone feels at ease and able to be themselves.
While we do capture posed portraits, I place equal importance on candid moments — the in-between expressions, reactions, and emotions that happen organically. As people relax, they often forget the camera is there, which allows genuine moments to unfold.
Whether I’m photographing a mitzvah, wedding, or family gathering, I focus on documenting emotion in a way that feels authentic and unforced — the moments that often mean the most when you look back.
- What Areas Do You Serve?
-
My portrait studio is located in Centerport, NY, and I work throughout Long Island and the greater New York metro area, including NYC, Westchester, North Jersey, and Connecticut.
- Are You Flexible With Pricing and Packages?
-
I offer a range of packages at different price points and am always happy to help you find the option that best fits your needs. In certain situations, customized packages or payment plans may be available — feel free to reach out and we can talk through what works best for you.
- Do You Offer Albums?
-
Yes — custom-designed albums are available for weddings, mitzvahs, and select events. Albums are created with care and attention to detail, offering a meaningful way to preserve your images in a finished, tangible form.

- Do You Have Any Professional Advice?
-
Behind the scenes, there is a dedicated team working together — including planners, DJs, designers, venue staff, caterers, MCs, videographers, and photographers — all focused on making your celebration meaningful and seamless.
Once the planning is complete, my best advice is to take a breath and be present. Enjoy the day, connect with your family and friends, and let yourself fully experience the celebration. We’ll take care of documenting the moments as they naturally unfold.
Some of the most meaningful images come from those unscripted, in-between moments — when you’re relaxed, connected, and simply being yourselves.
